As we embark on our struggle 1o reform the many grievous and dehumanising and
inhumana conditions hat exist within these Indusrial Complexes, its imperative thet
W all have a fir grasp on the central task assigned 1o us as an organization and
the abily to Inftiate our immediate objectives of *STRUGGLE THROUGH UNITY", to
end our curent Insuflerable and humilating conditions and open up & new
perspective that wil allow our desires to be treated as human-beings.

This artcle will y to present our views on the initial dynamic and functions that ere
essential to creating the ripe conditions necessary for the woosss of o
croaizaon. Avove s, €5 & must e be made cleer. ot ary uggle o change
should be a flexible struggle. We shouldn't take the atttudo that one method alone,

s the only way to sucoeed. We can't afford to be as narrow-minded, selective bind,
and resiictive s those who have attempted similar missions and failed. Instead, we
must leam from thelr missteps, whie conatructing @ formidable body of ideas
‘capable of guiding the aspirations and goals of our organization.

1) CLEARLY ARTICULATE THE VISION AND MISSION OF OUR
ORGANIZATION.

One has to be shown substance that clearly promise relief and consequential before

becoming cog in its mechanics. A well articul

vision and mission statements has to be arfculated in ciarity to galvanize people of
‘our organization philosophical indignation and to channel the efforts of our members.

2 DEVELOP MEMBERS:
Wa.embrace any and every human being thats wiling.to join our organization under
the pledge to uphold our organization's vaiues. We must not naively o
presumptuously assume that all prisoner's understand the current violations of thelr
civil rights i the U.S. Industrial Complexes and the critcal need for reform. We must
reach out to every human boing. The development of members is achieved thiough
performing the everyday tasks of our organization. We must encourage others to
partiipate in these tasks by conveying our orientation and objectives of ‘Struggle
‘Through Unity. Is of an extreme importance that we take every advantage of all the
opportunites that exist to develop a miember, to educate'thém and draw from each
of them the groatest potential that can be converted into an assests for our
movement. Participation wil further cessent their involvement in our organization.
One must see their work as meaningful ang significant to rise their commitment to
our cause.

3)  EXHIBIT PATIENCE AND UNDERSTANDING:

POLICIES NEVER BRING GOOD RESULTS. We must remaih positive about our
sucoess no matter how bad the conditions may be, with the understanding that our
struggle against comuption and oppression, is a righteous struggle. Patience and
understanding will protect the social and moral constructs of our rganization

4 STRUGGLE THROUGH UNITY:
A key element to our organizaton s equity and impartialty. WE ARE ONEIIl As
members of our organization, we willkeep our relations with one another healthy and
lase, making each other a souroe of support, strength and contentment. We are
servants of the people, not “self. Al our actvties shouid be directed toward tho sole
purpose that's expressed in our vision and mission statements. Every member is an
integral intricate part of our movement. Avaiding the things that weaken and comupt
fhe principles of UNITY is citcal. There is a way for us to enjoy the luxury of being
“independent thinkers", without being disrespectful or self-serving, shich causes.

‘another can we stand as a cemented structure and contribute towards the welfare of

leaders and should serve as an example for what we believe. Through our
character and example we can win the hearts of the captives and make the much
needed impact of reform. Lot take thos suggostions and buid from them. We aro
only as good as our brothers and sisters. Colectively we can stop the hand of the
