Our vision and mission statements has to be arfculated in ciarity to galvanize people of ‘our organization philosophical indignation and to channel the efforts of our members. 2 DEVELOP MEMBERS: Wa.embrace any and every human being thats wiling.to join our organization under the pledge to uphold our organization's vaiues. We must not naively o presumptuously assume that all prisoner's understand the current violations of thelr civil rights i the U.S. Industrial Complexes and the critcal need for reform. We must reach out to every human boing. The development of members is achieved thiough performing the everyday tasks of our organization. We must encourage others to partiipate in these tasks by conveying our orientation and objectives of ‘Struggle ‘Through Unity. Is of an extreme importance that we take every advantage of all the opportunites that exist to develop a miember, to educate'thém and draw from each of them the groatest potential that can be converted into an assests for our movement. Participation wil further cessent their involvement in our organization.
